We pressed the reset button at the top of the rear of the main board, as well as the reset button on the EC3011 Battery Charging Module (even though the manual says that button is for starting with batteries only and w/o main power), now the panel just says 'LOAD DATA' and is otherwise unresponsive.
How do we get it to begin functioning once again.
