Kentec synchro

I was working on a synchro yesterday when a sounder on one loop came on on its own and would not stop , this is the hakuto based devices.
The system has a couple of earth faults and loop open ccts and devices un allocated, which is why I am working on it .
Has anyone had this happen before?
