Morley external paging interface

Looking for a bit of help with morley paging interface
Nothing being sent to pager, interface is setup in peripherals, just looking to see if anyone can help in how to fully setup device so i can see if module or paging system is faulty or not setup
Know about testing it using hyperteminal but not sure of setup
