Ziton ZP3 3.12 Compatible with 3.10???

Hi everyone,

I have installed 2 Ziton ZP3 v3.12 new panels for a customer that had already ZP3 3.10 panels (networked)
I have configured the network according to the manufacturer's manual, settings, jumpers...
Still, the 2 new panels don't communicate with the old ones properly, one not at all.

Would you suggest I upgrade the old panels to 3.12?
My supplier says that that is not the problem, but I don't know what else to do!
