Our install guys have fitted a few of these panels, some with fully addressable loops & some using zone monitors (apollo).
When the service engineers have been to site they having trouble with the panels with the zone monitors fitted in a way that they can't get the panel to reset when in walk test? So have to go back & fourth to reset after each activation. The systems with fully addressable loops are ok.
Am I on my own with this or are we missing a trick?
