Zeta Premier AL 5-8 Loop Panel.

I have a panel; Zeta Premier AL 5-8 Loop addressable, when i try to use it try to Reconfigure a new loop, it is seen nothing, tried all the loop terminals, it is seen nothin,check connections all are ok. Please what can i do.
