My client had a Gent Vigilon Panel 1-6 Loop, working . Then we started having faults like; (1)dialed aux relay2 psecond (2)Commandbuild dialed 1-255 (3)Zone disabled (4)Master section disabled now 12 .112 . 160 .255 (5)Audio control keyboard removed psecond. Then delay led ON, Disablement led ON, System fault led ON and fault led ON.
When we try to go into menu it ask for passcode, hich was not programed. Please can these be a firmware problem. Need your assistant![Undecided]( "Undecided")
