Looking for a little confirmation/advice
I am looking at a current system that has a C-tec conventional system with 3 zones out of the 4 available on the panel in use the client wants to upgrade the system to an addressable.
The plan was to connect the current existing wiring between zones in effect creating one (possibly 2) loops and replace all existing sensors and devices fitting isolators and sounders where appropriate. (cable length is fairly short)
The existing wiring is within the property walls and surface wiring for the most part is not suitable.
Is there any stand out issues with using a C-TEC XFP in this situation providing all wiring is in suitable condition.
