Has anyone ever had a “Status Mismatch” fault on the above panel? My engineer went to a site today (new customer) to install a couple of I/O’s on the Loop (Apollo). There are two panels networked together, with some existing disablements. After the loop learn, the above faults presented and no matter what was tried, the faults would not clear down. Morley tech support were their usual helpful selves, providing instruction such as rebooting etc etc, none of which did any good, untill they ran out of ideas. It has been left with this fault on the panel now but testing has proved that the network comms is still operting with faults, disablements and fires all cross-communicating between both panels.
I’m not currently aware of the firmware versions, but will be able to get this soon.
Any help would be appreciated.
