Zeta Premier 4-Loop panel config and software

Hello all,
 
I am facing some issues with a Zeta Premier AL. The installation is pre-existing, I have no file of the panel and I need to get the whole configuration from it. I use GLT Premier AL Design System V1 but I don't know if I do the correct procedure.
Can anyone help me?
